This is one area, I plan on focusing on this month. Like adding member articles category, similar to the gallery where all users can have an articles(blogging space). Then basically admin can link to members articles for main site feature categories, or member can notify admin,or articles category editor that they'd like to have their article considered for a main features category.
A rich text editor would definitely be helpful as well. I think members profiles will need another file to add plenty of more fields, like feedburner code's to add, members home GPS, current GPS etc…
